Since joining Innovative as Senior Product Manager for eProducts back in March 2008, I have had opportunities to speak with Millennium customers about the implementation process for our Electronic Resource Management product. My colleague Spenser Thompson recently invited me to sit down with him and record this podcast. It covers how Innovative’s implementation team works with our customers to drive the various stages in this process. These stages include setting up out-of-the-box resource records, creating coverage data using our Content Access Service (CASE), configuring WebPAC or Encore to display electronic resource collections and training library staff.
